  To answer the question of, how to get subcontractors to fully integrate technology, I’d say, a) developing a scoring system, similar to credit reports for contractors, that weighs performance, scope, scale, efficiency, business innovation, and more would be good and very bad for small businesses, b) directly tying contractor payments to a platform, similar to NYC’s construction procurement and payment systems, and c) incentivizing the implementation of technology in a company through any of the means mentioned above. IMO
